• Today at a glance — what you are teaching now, what is next, and how long is left.
• Your week — the full timetable your school published, in a grid.
• Cover lessons — any class you have been asked to cover, in red so it cannot be mistaken for a normal lesson, with the room and the note from your admin.
• The whole school's cover — the same summary your admin sees, so you know who is covering whom.
• Log an absence — tell the office you will be away, for a whole day or for chosen lessons. It is a request; your admin approves it.
• Notices — messages from the office, with an unread marker.
• Reminders — an optional notification before a lesson or a cover duty starts.

1. Install the extension and click its icon.
2. Enter the activation code your school gave you.
3. Pick your name from the staff list. That's it — your timetable appears, and refreshes itself in the background.

No account and no password. You never create a login for this extension.

VEDC Hub talks to exactly one server: your own school's VEDC Hub panel. No analytics, no tracking, no third parties, nothing sold or shared.

It sends your school's server your activation code (once), which member of staff you are, and any absence request you submit. It does not send a reason for an absence, and it cannot read the web pages you browse — it has no permission to touch any website.
